Roy’s Residential & Commercial Cleaning is a family-owned and operated business. Nicolas got his Masters in Construction Management 5 years ago and Ty has been cleaning for over 20 years making them the perfect team for all your cleaning needs! The company’s employees are required to meet strict performance standards as it relates to dependability, communication, attention to detail, and overall quality. The company now primarily offers services of regularly scheduled residential and new construction mid and final cleaning. As a large family they have firsthand knowledge about the importance of coming home to a clean and organized home, and they gladly offer that sanity and peace of mind to their clients. They also understand that new construction projects operate on tight schedules, therefore, effective communication and flexibility are key in meeting the needs of general contractors.
